Proceeds from the tournament benefit Patrick's scholarship, which was established in 2013 and has grown to award four scholarships per year, and other causes benefitting the U.S. military and veterans.

The Annual Patrick Wayland Golf To Honor Tournament is held each August at Hogan Park Golf Course. The tournament honors the memory of Marine Corps Second Lieutenant Patrick Wayland. The annual event honors Patrick's legacy of character, faith, integrity, and respect. All proceeds go to The Patrick Wayland Memorial Foundation, a 501c3 funding the Patrick Wayland Memorial Scholarship and benefitting other worthy causes which support our U.S. military and veterans.
